You've stumbled on a planned system outage impacting EMWS, the Wyoming Health Provider (WHP) Portal, IMPROV, and the Participant Portals.

All systems will be offline Thursday through Sunday evening - June 26–29, 2025 to allow host vendor changes.

To file a Critical Incident or Complaint during the outage:
Please email your assigned area Incident Management Specialist directly and include a brief summary of the circumstances to ensure timely notification requirements are met.

Once systems are back online (Monday, June 30), log in to provide more detailed information and submit the full report as required.

Full system functionality is expected to resume Monday, June 30, 2025. Please watch your email and the HCBS website for updates and instructions.
